The Chinese version dont include any text steps only videos with Chinese character but i re-write translate down the steps so here it goes.
1.Open your RC
2.Open re-decorate
3.open Ce , 8bytes ,asrom
4.Scan 32 and look for the code xxxxxxFBx in the adress
5.Double Click and Change Value to -1000000000000 , 12 zeros
6.Wait 2 second interval,
7.Then Back to CE, change value again to 0 -zero
8.Drag any table to the restaurant, and the lvl goes back
again to 1 fast leveling with 10,000 coins per lvl
