To use: Go to the missions/quests/job page and you should see an auto run link next to each of the missions. Once started, a stop link will appear in the options block on the top right of the page.
The fight page has auto fight links.
The properties page calculates the return on investments for you.
When using the banking feature it's important to click "disable auto run..." before making any withdraws or else the money will go straight back into the bank.
When a game has many tabs in the missions/quests/job page you need to be in the correct tab or else it won't be able to find it.
Becareful with the freshmeat fight option, some games just have an attack button and it maybe sending invites to the person being attacked.
